Wink PET/CT Results

After waiting for what seemed an enternity for my test results I finally found out that my PET/CT scan is fine. Only thing that showed up was a soft tissue density within the right axilla. Had the same thing show up on my August PET and at that time it measured 2.8 x 2 cm. Now it measures 2 x 1.5 cm. Report says that the degree of uptake favors a benign process. I was told back in August that it was nothing to worry about and was probably due to the radiation. At any rate, it is getting smaller.

Great

Good for you Kate. I'm glad you have good news. I hope that Mom's upcoming PET/CT results are as great as yours. Enjoy your peace of mind. You can't put a price on it.
