Lightbulb recurrence after one year of herceptin

Dear all,


Please , Can anyone sent me the percentage of the women HER2 - positivity who had been exposed to Herceptin in adjuvant treatment and developped reccurence after ?

From SABCS (Saint Antonio Breast Cancer )HERA study The break down of risk for relaspe in 2 yr. is as follows for observation group :

ER,PR Negative, her2+
Node Negative 18%
1-3 nodes 25%
greater 4 nodes 33%

ER,PR positive, her2+
Node Negative 9%
1-3 Nodes 12%
greater 4 nodes 33%


but I d'ont find anyting for the group one year herceptin .

Theoretically, if the Hera trial touts a 46% reduction in recurrence, then the results should be as follows:

ER/PR neg, Her2+
node negative - 9.72%
1-3 nodes - 13.5%
greater than 4 nodes - 17.8%

ER/PR+, Her2+
node negative - 4.86%
1-3 nodes - 6.48%
greater than 4 nodes - 17.8%

This is just doing the straight math on my part and using the numbers you provided below.

If anybody has the real thing, it would be interesting as the Hera study does publish that the reduction in recurrence at 2 yrs of 46% so... these numbers should be similar with the exception of rounding up or down.
