How do I access an free article?

Hi ladies,
I am researching the article below...

Nonsurgical Management of Hypertrophic Scars: Evidence-
based Therapies, Standard Practices, and Emerging Methods June 2007

And can not seem to access it with out paying for it.

Is there some secret to finding full texts of these articles on line????

The article is $32 seems like a lot for something that might not even answer my questions.

Any secret tips ladies??

Penelope.

penelope, I don't have the answer for you...wish I did. Hopefully Lani will see your post because I'm sure if there is a way...she would certainly know about it. In fact...she *may* be able to access it and get it for you...but I really don't know? Hang in there...someone will come along.

I would try emailing the author,

<TABLE class=Contact><TBODY><TR><TD>Bishara S. Atiyeh
Email: aata@terra.net.lb</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Researchers are generally very proud of their work and will freely share it with patients.
