Sorry for the late addition. Please review all of my posts to Hope date April 8. After writing your post, I found one 2002 Japanese study that found Xeloda as "additive" to Herceptin. This study was done in animals whereas the Slamon/Pegram study was done in vitro or in a test tube. The Japanese study notes the discrepancy without explanation.
Also, found a Phase II UCSF clinical trial utilizing taxotere, Xeloda and herceptin (cross-link provided above under Hope's April 8 post).
