Question P.s.

I wonder how many of those with bc start out not being hypertensive but due to the addition of chemo support drugs that increase weight, become hypertensive during treatment -- thus increasing their risk for development of greater toxicity from doxorubicin?

Obesity is an inflammatory condition in that it is associated with the inflammatory markers.

Stress connects to inflammation.

I wonder how doxurbin fits in with the Omega 3 and 6 pathways and long chain fat conversion.
