I have just skimmed the article and two points seemed worth possible clarification.
Re canola and olive both contain omega six. It is important to check how much per helping, as a lot of some olive oil or canola will contain significant amount of omega six which is still a lot when compared with a little of omega three. If balancing threes and six is part of a diet agenda then it is important to work out roughly how much of each you are taking in. There are previous posts with links to sites with such information.
Animal fats - The author does seem to be differentiating between wild and I presume intensively reared stock. Grass fed is probably ok as far as the animals having a natural balance of threes and sixes. There is a previous post on the discussion of the merits of various fats including animal fats in various combinations etc.
