What do these results mean?

Hi. I just had my surgery and have not yet met with the oncologist yet post surgery for her to explain the pathology findings. For those of you with more experience what does the following mean if you can decifer? I know you're not doctors but that microcalcification comment worries me. Should it? (I've had 6 rounds of TCH before hand and my surgery was a masectomy of the affected breast.)

*Breast tissue showing foci of histiocytes consistent with the status post adjuvant therapy.
*Sclerosing adenosis with microcalcifications.
*Nipple and areola with no significant histopathologic changes.
*14 lymph nodes with foci of histiocytes, negative for malignancy.
