Question

Friday when I went for my weekly Navelbine and Herceptin treatment, my Leukocytes were way down. My doctor ordered to cut my Navelbine back from 25 to 15. I recently read that walking can help to build those white cells up, (I am a avid walker, but need to get more regular again, I haven't been doing it much since I was in the hospital). Does anybody have any other suggestions that I can do to help my cause? I am staying in and away from all of the "germs" out there and at this point don't feel sick. Anyway, anything anyone may have to offer would be appreciated.
