Whatever Happened to Pin1 research?

Back when I was a newbie at this research, I came across a very promising article in the July, 2004 Focus, the Harvard on-line publication, concerning the discovery of the role of Pin1 in the development of Her2+ bc: http://focus.hms.harvard.edu/2004/Ju.../oncology.html. In fact, the scientists who discovered this created a company called Pintex Pharmaceuticals to develop drugs to target it. The next thing I read was a press release in the Boston Business Journal from April 2005 stating that Pintex had sold all its assets and IP rights to Vernalis PLC, a biotechnology company based in the UK: http://www.bizjournals.com/boston/st...ml?t=printable. I checked the Vernalis website, but have never seen any drugs to target this pathway under development since. Anyone have any more current information on any research done in this area?
