Thanks ladies......well, it's TODAY and I am putting my best foot forward. I started my day with prayer, to my Creator, to ask for His helps.....it's good health ALL THE WAY BABY! (I hope - hehe)
Jackie....I remember my first oncologist saying something like this to me...... "I'm not telling you to starve yourself, but you should eat when you are hungry and then put in what is healthy and just enough to satisfy the hunger." In other words...in my opinion......eat to live and NOT live to eat (that's what I do)
