My experience with that regime was tiresomely painful until I finally found a nurse who would listen and got the dr to prescribe pain meds. Oh my gosh, what a difference when the pain was under control. My advice would be to get pain relief as soon as possible and then at least for me the rest of treatment was so much more tolerable.
