I know what you mean about undiagnosed brain mets. I think sometimes clinical trial information can be off because "NED" patients enroll, then have metatasis. Honestly the met was there before the trial, but scanning is too expensive and therefore the mets go undiscovered.

I am interested in the newer treatments such as Kadcyla, Tykerb and Pertuzamaub and the recurrence of brain mets. It looks like the expectation is CNS mets will decrease.

I am also curious to see the statistics from the vaccine trials and the types of mets.

Stage IIb Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Pagets, 3 of 15 positive nodes
