Believe me your fears and concerns are very normal. It is good that you are doing the MRI, so you can rule out brain mets which will be a huge relief, and you will probably fewer headaches, too.

I agree with the pillow suggestion. Do you have one of those pillows that supports the neck and spine? It has a contoured shape with a "bump" on each side of the pillow; one "bump" is higher than the other. That is a wild description, but you may get the idea.

Without that pillow, I would have more morning headaches too, due to some arthritis in the vertebra. I also take it with me whenever I travel. But you don't need to have arthritis for it to be helpful.

Another suggestion...if you could list the history/pathology of your cancer along with your signiture, it may help others to be able to help your more.

Try not to worry and I hope you have your MRI soon.
