Cool

I will post this separately and maybe try to link the article if I can find.

A study done at City of Hope found that chemo brain is for real. Actually there were a couple of medications given in trials that found improvement in memory. It was published in the Los Angeles Times about a week ago

don't despair. I still have words that just escape me, and I don't think it's old timers's stuff either. I could not come up with the word "resort" for the life of me at dinner two days ago. I fell embarrased sometimes.

What I did is, I took an adult education in a foreign language in my city. I had to memorize verbs, phrases. etc. This did two things for me. Once I was entertained and focus off cancer for awhile and it helped with memory loss. By the way this is also recommended for stroke patients. If you cannot go out, look for online courses online from many community colleges- auditing them is free or somewhat free.

Lots of love

XOXO
