I TOO saw it and I think there is a lot of truth to it (PART of my belief comes from the fact that I USED to work for Travelers Insurance in their "Specialty claims" department...I.E. we paid/denied STRICTLY long term nursing care, chiropractic and podiatry claims and there was a registered RN I worked with to "save" the company money...deny claims...I worked there from 1987 to 1990, so nothing recent when I got a "conscience").
