Thanks for update.
Had issue with a tooth ( cracked etc) as well - went on for months because I was on Zometa - Nurse telling me it was not to be removed - dentist saying ok to remove! - I just wanted it out and dealt with!
Nothing is simple any more!!
Good luck re biopsy and with new plan.
