March 1-3, 2012 5th is the Annual Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Cancer Therapies Conference in West Palm Beach, FL. I highly recommend attending this conference if you are able. The cost is reasonable, and all meals are included, and healthy, and delicious! I learned so much and felt so empowered last year.
