I want to thank you for being the friend you are to Kate and to us and I want you to know that you have also remained in my prayers. I am still blown away from this news about Kate, I have been talking to her weekly or so for a very long time and have heard her labored breathing AND the spirit of fight in her voice. However, I never expected this to happen, atleast right now. I do believe in miracles and I am praying for her to receive one! Kate has always reached out to us all and now it is our turn to reach out yet again for her. We all stand tall as we come together to pray and fight for another Sister in need. Our power as a group cannot go unnoticed, God hears all these pleads.

Dear God please wrap your hands around this Angel and keep her comfortable and as pain-free as possible. I know I have begged you for help so much in the last year and a half. I am asking again for you to guide her easily to wherever you feel she needs to be. And please God, help her not to be scared and afraid. Do not let her lose her spirit no matter where her journey leads her. We who know her are all blessed to have had the chance to love her and we all beg for a miracle if you can wait.

My heart is heavy as I know all of yours are. I pray for us all to remian strong and positive for Kate and for ourselves. I am so happy that THIS is the place where we all understand one another because I know of few other places.
