Yes, yes, yes! Agonal signs of tumor death sounds absolutely wonderful. I know that it would probably have been most reassuring if he could have given you an absolute, but absolutes are awfully rare with cancer. So, I'd say you had a good appointment and I am glad you didn't get any "bad" news. Now, clean if you must, but don't forget to be relieved and do some resting too....you probably have a few sleepless nights to catch up ! Hugs and continued prayers.
