I have no advice regarding the hormonals, as I am er-, but regarding the perjeta, the FDA did not approve it for early stage patients until the end of sept, 2013.
While some Oncs are willing to give stage 4 patients drugs " off label" ( I am now taking perjeta "off label") , very, very few will give early stage patients " off label" drugs, and even if he would have agreed, ins, in all likelihood, would not have covered it , as it is very expensive. ( about 7 -9 thousand a dose).
You were given the standard of care treatment at the time you were diagnosed.
