I would just like to chime in to remember that people who have done well with Effexor (for whatever reason) and have not had trouble going off it, generally would not report that on the net. As with most things, it is usually those who have had issues who complain/report.

Mary Jo, I respect your decision to not take Effexor, but I can tell you from personal experience that it changed my life.
