Unfortunately everything I was able to find confirms what you already have been told. It sounds as though you have been dealing with top notch pathologists.
There are phase2 clinical trials going on right now for those who are BRCA+ and progressed on their last chemo regimen. The drug is called a PARP inhibitor (
Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (
PARP) , I am wondering if they would consider letting you into the trial based on your tumors characteristics ...
