I see no mention of comparing cardiovascular mortality, only the incidence of cardiac disease. My point is that metastatic disease has worse odds or interventional success than cardiac disease. Taking a second look at this, I see a problem in that the article makes no distinction between local recurrence or distant..i.e. metastatic. So...without that information, really hard to make a judgement.
