Re: Can anybody help please?

I also did not want to go on anti-depressants, but after speaking to my various doctors, I did. My GP recommended Effexor, it was a godsend. I was on a low dose- 75 mg., one pill per day. I stayed on it for a number of years, and tapered off it with the help of my homeopathic dr. (My onc. was fully on board with the homeopath).
Side effect of the Effexor is that is helped with the hot flashes I was having when on Tamoxifen and then Femara.

I know that drugs are not right for everyone, but this low dose of Effexor really helped me cope.

all the best
