Hi All,
I have been on TDM1 since Dec 2010 and I had my second scan recently which showed some progression. It resolved completely the mediastinal nodes but two lung nodules grew in size from 9mm to 1.1cm and from 0.8 mm to 1.1cm. Also there is a new internal mammary node of 1.4cm, I really think this is due to the inflamation I have at my chest area due to a compressed nerve.
I might be taken out of the EAP study. But I just don't want to loose this option so quickly. Any of you have any experience with this kind of situation and still they allowed to continue the trial?
My her2serum seems to be going down or stable when compared to the first scan while on TDM1.
I already tried Navelbine and Herceptin and Tykerb, Herceptin.

Thanks, Julie __________________ Diagnosed in Sept 2004 while pregnant with the second child. Stage 3b, tumor 4.5cm, 4 auxillary and supraclav node positive. Her2+++ FISH 9.4 and er-,pr-.
