certain type yoga for after treatment??

I was watching the doc. "1 a minute" and someone on there mentioned a certain type of yoga devised to specifically help w/ the fatigue after treatment. But I didn't catch what it was called - do remember it started w/ an "N" ???

Anyone familiar with this? Has yoga helped w/ fatigue? I saw an article (while trying to search for this) that talked about a study that it helped w/ the menopause symtoms in early-stage BC survivors. (Decreased severity of hot flashes)

I'll keep searching, but thought I'd check here to see what your thoughts are! Thanks! :-)
