No leap. Makes sense. But in your case..considered pushing back on things with antiestrogen = anti her2?

TAM + Hercept
AI + Tykerb
Tykerb + anti estrogen
Tykerb/Hercept + anti estrogen and/or AI
Add metformin to any of the above
