Malena, I know how you must feel and I send you my love. My angel of a cat and friend, Rachel, died of cancer while I was going through the worse part of my chemo. I was so very sick and took her in to be put to sleep. Once they gave her a tranquilizer, before the final shot, she laid there and purred and I cried tears of relief and sorrow. She actually looked at me and I knew she was going to be at peace and that I would see her again someday. I still miss her. She was with me through everything.
