Thankyou all so much for your replies; Yes I have a very regular sleeping regime that very seldom alters any day of the week, I have tried swimming but with working full time and looking after my husband who has just had a stroke there is not a lot of time left.
As to changing the tamoxifen I tried discussing this with my doctor but all he has said is we will look at it at a later date, I do struggle with talking to the oncologists etc as there is so much about breast cancer I still have to learn and I suppose because they do not seem concerned about the future I try to keep everything normal and not make waves. The night/day sweats I have are also a problem and in fact are so bad that sometimes I feel like I am going to collapse. I guess all that i really need was confirmation from other women like me that I am not the only one going thru these problems. By the way my cancer was stage1 grade 3 Her2+.
