We specifically insure everything other companies DON'T want (and if you could SEE some of these homes, you would know why they don't want them), BUT at a price...as an agent, the highest premium I quoted was $36k (not the houses worth, but the insurance premium)...I think I heard a dial tone when I told them the premium
