Milk thistle has been used for quite some time to help repair liver damage from excessive use of drugs and alcohol (even prescription drugs and tylenol can damage the liver). So it makes sense that it could help repair damage done by chemo as well. I know it's also included in many detoxes to rid the liver of toxins. I say it's definitely worth adding into your daily regime if it could help.
