That said I wanted to say that I really second StephN post.
From what you say you have only one tumour in the liver.. not sure phase 1 trial of a single inhibitor is yet for you, and hope never.. off course no one can tell it could work. My advice be hard and mean to the f***er, zap if you can there is a max size at which this can be done. maybe a trial with chemo and an inhibitor..

Dec 2012 blockage of my airways by tumours, obliteration of these blocking tumours breathing better but hoping for more- at mo too many tumours to count in the lungs and nodes.
Dec 2012 Starting new trial S-222611 phase 1b dual egfr her2+ inhibitor.
