Why mouse models fail.

Well, I am not sure if you are interested in these articles, but I often wonder the detail of why mouse model fail so often, less than 8% of models translated to clinical trial. Essentially there are a couple of reasons, differences in immune systems, genes expressions, and in tumor mutation paths. Hum, that’s practically everything!
