Eating Well
I subscribe to the "Eating Well" magazine. This months issue was talking about the Mediterranean diet and the health benefits of it. This it is not liver detox, but thought that might be a plan for healthier eating. Does anyone here go by this diet? I wish I was at home so I could list the daily, weekly and monthly foods to eat.
