I think Milk thistle is the best - another supplement that some people recommend for liver is SAMe but in one of Dr. Blaylock's newsletters he indicated that he believed SAMe caused cancer.
I did not know that tylenol products were supposed to be bad - I will have to try staying away from them. Bill (or anyone) do you know an over the counter drug that would be better - is asprin better? (I am not on blood thinners)
