~Mighty Oak's FOCUS GAME~
Through all of this journey I found it hard to go to work and leave my Warrior home alone fighting. I bought Post-It notes in the shape of the letter 'M'. On this Post-It I would place one word that he needed to focus on that day.
Each morning before I left I would write an adjective and stick it to the bathroom mirror. He found it helpful to have one thing to try to focus on, especially because some days this was all he could do. Every morning he could not wait to see what word he was to work on. This not only got him through the day but helped him when he meditated.
I am hoping that this thread will be an inspiration to us all when it is sometimes so hard to breathe.
