I used to use Splenda but it made my face flush a bit and seemed to eventually make me crave sweets more. After I stopped using it, I came across other concerning health info about it.
I think Stevia tastes great and sweetens well so long as not overdone. I use the big shaker bottle, the "supreme" from here:

The flavored versions are good too. Just add to coffee, water or sparkling water for a guilt free sweet tooth fix. I've never baked with it..uh...since I never bake.
You can get stevia in packets to have when at restaurants too.
