Hi all I am a newbie to this site I was diagnosed april 2006 lumpectomy right breast 1 out of 17 lymph nodes + e 20% + pr- her2+++.stage 11 at time of surgery 49 years old. refused chemo and rads. total diet change fresh fruit and veggies no beef or dairy or suger have a coffee once or twice most days lots of herbal teas and just black tea and a lot of supplements had the bevy of tests in april 07 and all clear so far so ladies do try the diet its really hard at first but soon you get used to it I don't drink tap water never have just rain water or purified water and i try never to eat or drink anything with artificial colours or preservatives. Would really like to hear others alternative ideas cheers and best wishes Pat p.s my biggest regret is I allowed them to biopsy my tumours. Had I been thinking right this would not have taken place.
