I had back pain before I was diagnosed de novo stage 4 at 37 years old. I had mets to spine exactly where my back pain was. When was your last bone scan? I don't mean to overly concern you but if not had bone scan recently should schedule one. Of course it seems every one I know has back pain so your doctors are most likely on point. I'm obviously super sensitive to back pain due to my specific case.
