I did ask my wife's Dr in Seattle if the vaccine would preclude anything exciting coming later and she said that it should not. Seems like a real win-win.
Between the vaccines and the newer delivery systems for chemo that seem to be coming (hopefully soon), it really looks like this can become a long term managed disease.
