Dear Dawn,

Needless to repeat all the wise words that our 'sisters' have just mentionned. I usually go through similar times and are very scarry of the return of 'the enemy'. I would advise that if you are feeling very anxious, get an appointment with your physician. I took medication for a while and it did help a lot, I am ready to go for new treatments as my depression and anxiety are back again. I am sure your doctor will be able to help you with the problem.
