Thanks for posting this Lani.I feel awful to confess that I did'nt manage to quit during my past year of treatments.I should have of course but just felt I had enough to deal with.I have been thinking of quitting for a while now and know I must and had ear marked tomorrow as the day so you just gave me a better then ever reason to stick to my resolve.
