Cyndi will be entering this trial in the very near future. It is for metastatic breast cancer which has progressed while on a taxane and/or Herceptin.
The results so far are very impressive and the drug appears not to be too toxic. It is given with only Zofran pre-med, with Halichondrin given as a push over about five minutes.
