A little stir fry combining several of the veggies in the article would be nice. We don't have to add alot of spice. A pinch or two will still help. I add a little tumeric, ginger, garlic, horseradish, pepper, lemon, onion or basil to my stir fried veggies depending what taste I want. Wasabi would be good, but it is very strong, so we should only use a little unless you want to clear out all your sinuses and everything else !! Smile.
