Hoping it works as liver met grew 1.2 cm in a few weeks when I was on no treatment. This concerned me but Oncologist said "if it grows, it grows." Not really what you want to hear!
My Nurse commented, re previous treatment that I had just failed on - "well Xeloda must have been doing something!"
It was a real concern to be taken of all treatment just when cancer progressing at what seemed to me to be at a quick rate.

I think you are right about the different standards!
