I assume you're doing chemo because the Her2 factor makes them nervous. I was in exactly the same situation in 1999-2000. I had lumpectomy did A/C/T then mastecomy. Neg nodes clear margins. Now with Her2+++ there's a recurrence. I would HIGHLY suggest a second opinion re: chemo options and Herceptin AND/OR look into Herceptin trials.
