Well, the hamster arrived yesterday from China. She has a tag on her butt that proves her origin. It was presumptuous of me to think that we could name her. She already has a name --- it's
Tiptoe. All of her necessary documents were in her journal and she didn't have any problems getting into Canada - no sign of a cough or fever. I think she'll stay with me for a week or two and then I'll send her to Andi. She's already complaining about the weather here, so I'll send her somewhere warmer. Don't worry if you don't hear from me for awhile - it would be rude to ignore my guest.
