Hi Lola: I take Lorazepam which is the generic for Ativan. It's more of an anxiety reliever which I found was more my problem than depression. The reason I like it is it doesn't make me groggy and I only take it when I'm having a rough day. It's not something you have to take every day. With everything we have going on in our lives both psychologically and physically I think it's amazing we do as well as we do. I hope you feel better soon. Keep us posted. Take Care, Linda
