we have not considered perj/herc. . possible option , but right now , stage iv at MGH / Farber seem to have difficulty getting perj. not sure why. not appr. by FFDA so they wont rock boat ?? L. has tried tyk twice, w/ xeloda - nasty gi s/e's for her . so we go with t dm-1 as it is working fine.
