Ladies please beware that RBGF (the growth factor given to cows to increase milk production) causes an increase in IGF-1. Buy only ORGANIC milk untreated with this hormone please. We are not even sure if they are correctly labeling the milk. Monsanto is a giant phar. cie that makes this RBGF and is rumored to use some unlawful practices to cover up the whole thing.
